Never Out of Satan's Reach

by J'Wellsfaithforgivenessself worth
It seems that I've been riding on my high horse. Pride has separated me from my source. So holy I thought I was invincible. Deceived again, so I abandoned my principles. Exalting myself above the ways of mankind. Now I'm faulting myself for exaltation in my mind. I must remain humble at all times. Never forgetting I used to walk according to this world — praising Satan when I talked. Though that part has been separated from my heart. I still feel its pulse within. I'm addicted to a dope called sin. Depending on a drug that I hate to use. Determined to abuse this same drug so I'm made confused. I've been torn in two. Born into a world where I'm destined to lose. Unless I choose to put Christ first and walk in his shoes. And stop Satan from igniting my fuse.
